  1. When you visit the Wyoming Rules and Regulations Database site, click on SEARCH to gain access to information.

  2. Choose ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY under SELECT AGENCIES.

  3. Choose SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT under SELECT PROGRAMS.

  4. Choose CURRENT RULES under TYPES OF RULES. Then, click on SUBMIT.
